Payment Methods and Billing

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. If your card has already been charged and the order is canceled, you will receive a refund for the charged amount.

We are not responsible for:

  • Any additional charges applied by your card issuer.
  • Payment authorization issues from your card issuer.
  • Delays or non-delivery of products due to validation checks on payment or identification.

If you choose to buy online and pick up in-store, bag fees may apply. Please bring a valid payment method to complete your purchase.

We may use third-party services to facilitate payment and order processing. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to share it with these third parties, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud, unauthorized activity, or illegal transactions are suspected.

Order Returns

Customers may return any unopened merchandise purchased from BaseSupplement within 30 days to receive a refund in the original form of payment. Opened merchandise is not eligible for returns.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us via email at basesupplement@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping Fees: Non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees or charges for re-sending products.
  • Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Refused or abandoned orders.
    • Orders undeliverable due to address errors.
    • Orders seized by Customs.

We arrange for shipment of products to you, and you are responsible for all shipping and handling fees specified during checkout. These fees cover costs incurred for processing, handling, packaging, and delivery.

  • We are not liable for delays in shipment.
